Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. While the lobby was clean and inviting, and the check-in process was quick, the room left a lot to be desired. I encountered various cleanliness issues which overshadowed the positives. Overall, I don't feel I received good value for money given the state of the accommodations.
Overall, my stay at the hotel was decent. The rooms were clean and had a lovely welcome gift, but the bathroom showed signs of age with some maintenance issues. The staff was responsive to my concerns, and the bed was comfortable. On the downside, the breakfast cafe was not open during my stay, which was disappointing.
The hotel provides a potential for comfort and convenience, but I found the overall aesthetic quite tired and in need of an update. While my second room had a bit of daylight and the bed was comfy, the cleanliness in certain areas was a concern, particularly with the shared amenities. I appreciated the location for my conference, but wish the service was more consistently available.
I had a decent stay at this hotel; the location was excellent for my needs, being a short walk to The Alfred Hospital. The room was spacious and clean, making my week-long stay comfortable. While the staff were polite and helpful, the breakfast experience was inconsistent and left something to be desired. Overall, it offered great value for the price, despite a few hiccups.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and clean, but housekeeping definitely needs improvement, especially in stocking toiletries. The service was friendly but there were some hiccups during breakfast timings. However, the location was convenient for getting around the city, making it a reasonably priced option for a family stay.
